JeeperBeeper ("we", "us", or "our") is a queue notification service that helps businesses notify customers when their order or service is ready. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the JeeperBeeper mobile app or website.

Information We Collect

  • Account information: Name and email address when you register or sign in with Google.
  • Business information: Business name and location when a business registers.
  • Queue data: Your name and optional order details when you join a queue.
  • Push notification tokens: Device tokens used to send you queue status alerts.
  • Location data: Used only to show nearby businesses on the map. We do not store your location.

Microphone

The JeeperBeeper app does not use your microphone. The RECORD_AUDIO permission may be requested by an underlying system library. We do not access, record, or transmit any audio.

How We Use Your Information

  • To notify you when your order or service is ready.
  • To allow businesses to manage their customer queue.
  • To display your name in the business dashboard.
  • To process subscription payments via Stripe (businesses only).

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Supabase: Our database and authentication provider.
  • Expo / Firebase: Used to deliver push notifications.
  • Stripe: Used to process business subscription payments.
  • Google Maps: Used to display business locations.

Data Retention

Queue entries are removed once marked complete. Account data is retained until you request deletion. To delete your account and data, contact us at info@jeeperbeeper.com.

Children's Privacy

JeeperBeeper is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
